My stay at the hotel was a pleasant experience overall. The rooms were comfortable and clean, offering a modern bathroom and a lovely seaside view. However, some doors felt like they were coming apart, and a few wouldn't close properly. The service was exceptionally friendly and helpful, although the staff primarily spoke Spanish. The location was decent for exploring downtown Manzanillo and being close to the beach, but not so convenient for reaching the longer, more beautiful beaches in the area. The dining options were rather basic with limited choices, especially the breakfast that was already finished by 10:30 AM. Nevertheless, the hotel provided a reasonable value for the money spent.
